* The SPA is a tranquil and serene retreat for your body, mind and spirit. In order to respect this setting, we kindly request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum.

Reservations: We recommend that you book your SPA treatments in advance before your arrival in the hotel, to secure your preferred day and time for your treatment.
Medical Care: Your visit to our doctor is compulsory before taking any treatments, and is free of charge.
Check in: Please check in at the SPA reception at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment durations.
Cancellation Policy:A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment and is subject to available space. Any cancellation with less than 6 hours notice or "no show" will result in full charges being imposed.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available from THERMAE SYLLA SPA for OUR TREATMENTS for your loved ones, and are valid for three months.
